We stayed 3 nights in a tatami room that had a balcony, seating area with mini fridges, hot water maker, bar sink, and a great outdoor urn hot spring in our room's outdoor bath. We always enjoy this hotel. Clean, organized and with a loving sense for detail. A broad selection of Onsen for sitting inside and outside. Family friendly. Close to beginners ski slope in winter. Great food and practical rooms. Basic Japanese will help for sure. A place to forget the world ...
