Stayed here for one night for a visit to the theatre and drinks after. Very friendly staff, a lovely warm welcome. Great room, very quiet and with a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, good quality food. And just a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. Perfect! Would definitely stay again when visiting Cheltenham.

Arrived after 15 mile streach of the walk, no food being served due to illness of management. We eat local, although prior warning would have been good. The accommodation is looking a little tired and the staff although tried to be helpful, did not seem to know very much about local area.

We had a great time, the staff were all very helpful, rooms comfortable and the pools fantastic. We had most of the meals on site and the theme nights were very well organized and food fantastic. Will definitely return next year!

I was lucky enough to book a room at Charlton Kings Hotel a few weeks ago! It is absolutely very charming and elegant. Room are spacious and very comfortable.
