“Exceptional Customer Service”

Best service i have ever recieved in a hotel. Maura on reception greeted us by name before we even said who we were. Would not rate this hotel as a 5 star but its customer service is above and beyond a 5 star level. Would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be returning.

This was a great hotel full of charm and nice people, not people being nice, but genuinely nice people. The restaurant is full of charecter and had a good variety. The Maitre d was very helpful even beyind the resturant.Galway is a good place to visit.

“Wonderful service in a historic place!”

Beautiful facilities! We enjoyed our stay here! Loved that locals frequent the bar here and didn't seem put out by tourists joining them! Maura was incredibly friendly and helpful as we checked in and received advice for activities in the area!
