Booked blind off the web and talked to Jeannie by 'phone who is excellent. I had a warm welcome on arrival (not before 17.00hrs) and was given clear and thoughtful advice on the locality and where to eat that evening. A super clean, well appointed and nicely decorated room which was quiet and very comfortable. There is a generous sitting... More

We spent two nights at Number 11 and were delighted with the extremely comfortable accommodation. Every room was tastefully decorated, including the lounge and the breakfast room. Jeannie, our hostess, was kindness itself and provided good local knowledge re. walks, restaurants, and so on. Breakfast offered plenty of options and was served in generous quantities. To round it all off... More

We stayed here for one night last week and loved the experience ( wished it had been longer ). Jeannie, the proprietor, has thought of everything in this warm, welcoming and immaculately clean establishment.Breakfasts reflected the quality everywhere else at "Number 11". We will be back.

I enjoyed a one night stay here in September during a longer trip further north. The property is located in a row of cottages in a quiet street leading off the main A9 road and not difficult to find. The cottage is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The upstairs room where I stayed was well equipped and very comfortable. The owner... More

We stayed here for a few days (just back today). It is set off the main road up a very quiet lane. We had the upstairs room with a separate bathroom across the hall + a cupboard (which can be locked) for your luggage + clothes. Breakfast. Menu was left in your room daily to complete + leave downstairs in... More

This B&B is very cosy, tidy, quiet and tastefully furnished. The proprietor (Jeannie) is very courteous (sometimes a little bit too much, maybe) and gives very useful tips for travellers. The location of the B&B is not very particular compared to other places.

Set a little way out of the town - I was a bit unsure when I arrived on an undistingushed street but I needn't have worried ... straight away Jeannie was welcoming and the room was just gorgeous. A lovely big bed which had settings to keep different halves at a different heat ... very modern fittings and fixtures -... More

When Jeannie (the proprietor) showed us into our room (No1), we were completely blown away with the gorgeous furnishings and attention to detail in the bedroom - and then we were shown the en-suite - large, beautifully decorated, fluffy white towels, I could go on! The sitting room was so warm and cosy with a wood burner throwing off a... More

Couldn't have wished for better service and accomodation! The room was set to a very high standard, complete with bathrobes and extras. If you're going to stay anywhere in Brora, it has to be here!!! The breakfast was the best we've had in a long time complete with a friendly welcome throughout the stay.
