This is a great hostel to stay at when you are climbing the hills around the Spean Bridge area. It's comfortable and great value for money with meals often being available at a really great price. The fact that it's on the railway line means you can also use it as a base for day trips to the Corrour area,... More

A cracking little hostel on the train line up between Fort William and Rannoch. The rooms are all fairly big and it can be a little cold in the corridors at times, but when the fire is on the living room it's roasting. The kitchen is big and for those wanting meals it is a bargain. More

What a great hostel. 5 of us were booked in to arrive at 7 PMish. We were coming over the hills in the dark and took a bit longer than we thought in the bad weather etc. Belinda who runs the lodge phoned to see where we were when we hadn`t arrived at 8. I told her we would be... More

My first stay at Tulloch Station Lodge and I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from Alan and Belinder. Food was excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced. The fire was always lit by the time we returned from the hills and the drying rooms really do what they say on the door (which is rarely the case at bigger... More

We have been coming as a group to Station Lodge every February, and occasional visits in between. Everyone in our group, which numbered between 17 and 20 always felt welcome, and valued clients. Even when, on one occasion, after we phoned ahead to warn of our much later than we expected arrival, our hosts still served us with a two... More

Stayed here for three nights with a group of friends. Don't understand previous grumpy review. Rooms, showers and toilets clean, lashings of hot water and a warm fire in the lounge plus excellent breakfasts and dinners. What more do you need for a cosy night's accommodation after a day on the hills? More

We come back to Tulloch Station Lodge year after year as its such a good base for access to the mountains. Drying facilities are excellent and even after getting a complete soaking, boots and clothing can be dry by the next morning. Sleeping accommodation is clean and to normal hostel standard. Breakfast and evening meals are perfect for fueling full... More

A group of us stayed here recently. Arrived to a cold reception and even colder rooms. Bedrooms and living area freezing. Were not allowed to light fire. Glad I had my sleeping bag with the quilt on top. Had to run around in shower to get wet and it kept going cold. Not what you want after a long day... More

This is a hostel so the accommodation is basic. It is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The lcoation is brill - most of the dorms and bedrooms look out on to the station platform - but with very few trains its not noisy. The breakfast was excellant value heaps to eat for only £5. The lovely lady... More
