Arrived mid evening after travelling all day. A family room was booked (ie with kids) which it transpired had been allocated directly above the function room. Not expecting silence of a Friday night but you could literally hear every word of an auction and then the disco which finished at 1 AM! More

“Great!”

At last, i find a Holiday Inn with character. Lovely rooms, great staff at reception and within the bar. Dinner was a bit hit and miss though, i had soup which tasted only of salt and raw vegetables. Breakfast was very good with an excellent waitress. In spite of the food, i will definitely return! More

good hotel, nice rooms food in the restaurant was really nice, breakfast was good, the use of the leisure centre next door was fantastic, but above all that the staff were great so polite and nothing to much trouble as always when we stay at the holiday inns, can't wait for our next stay, would recommend to all my friends. More

got a deal on groupon for this, and im so glad i did!! rooms were lovely and spacious, bed was masssssiiivve!! and to top it off, full access to the spa and leisure facilities!! Staff were extremely friendly, toby carvery right up the road, and a couple local shops nearby too! Deffo recommend for a relaxing break. More

“Best of the Holiday Inns in area”

Stayed here for the first time last week. Much better than most of the Holiday Inns in area. Wakefield take note! Rooms big and comfortable. Free wifi or cable connection (carry your own ethernet cable in case of shortage) Good bar with big telly for football matches. Restaurant good with friendly staff. My Holiday Inn of choice now. More
