Thanks to the great reviews we chose Heatherdene for an Easter weekend trip and were not disappointed. Lovely family run Hotel, warm, friendly, and wonderful breakfasts..nothing was too much trouble. Only worry is that it was my two sons' first time in a hotel, they maybe disappointed if we take them anywhere else!!! Will be recommending it highly.

We stayed here at Heatherdene for 1 night and what a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are so perfect, tidy clean and comfortable and the food is excellent. Jill is such a lovely person and nothing is too much trouble for her. We will be staying here again without a doubt.

The welcome was friendly, warm and genuine, the hotel and rooms were immaculate, and the food tasty. With ample room for parking and a peaceful location (just a gentle stroll from Goathland's facilities) Heatherdene Hotel had it all for me and my senior parents. Great place to stay, was only there two nights but very relaxing, big room, clean and tidy. Just one thing the breakfast was more about quality than quantity so did leave me a little hungry.. but it was well worth it overall!
