We stayed in one of the apartments of Chateau de Moussoulens (Euric) for one week. It was a very pleasant stay because of the nice apartment and the beautiful surroundings. A trip to Carcassonne took only 20 minutes, the other trips (with teenage children) were one hour maximum. The Euric apartment is big, with high cealings and lots of windows....
