Excellent holiday accommodation, nothing too much trouble for the hosts Mark & Gina. The rooms are spotlessly clean and ours had a wonderful view of the estuary and Instow on the other side of the water. Must mention the very tasty breakfast too, you won't go far wrong by choosing this lovely venue for a break in North Devon. More

Stayed at this wonderful find in March 2012 for three nights. Spotlessly clean, Denby crockery, no expense spared. We were upgraded to a suite which had views of the estuary. Stayed at this gorgeous b&b in March. As I was visiting friends for a birthday, I didn't actually get to enjoy spending time in the large twin room, it was more a case of check in, run off! But it was great to come back to a really comfy bed and peaceful room at the end of a busy day.... More

Excellent hosts in Mark, Gina and Ann. The room overlooked the village of Appledore and the river Torridge and the village of Instow beyond. High quality accommodation in the heart of Appledore. Welcoming hosts. We stayed over the christmas period and were impressed that the room rate stayed at standard throughout, no seasonal hike. Our room had views over the village,the church and the river estuaries beyond. We would readily stay at this accommodation again and recommend it to our friends. More
