Good service in the restaurant, rooms, and personnel. However you need a GPS to find your room. There is no lift. When you go up three floors with your luggage and you might hink that you have found your room, but no, you need to go down to the reception, go through another part of the building and go up... We only passed through on our way to Krakow and stayed for one night... but it was a really nice little hotel, big parking lot, friendly welcome, basic but clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good food in the restaurant in the evening (service a bit slow though)... and very good buffet.
