Room, corridors, front entrance and bathrooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Rooms looked worn out and shower/washroom facilities were poorly maintained. Front staff were terrific but the hotel was in embarrassing shape. I have stayed in several Formule 1 hotels in the past. This is the worst one I've been in and I will not likely use Formule 1 again.

We were looking for a cheap hotel near the airport to spend the night. Formule 1 Charleroi is the cheapest choice. 6km away from the airport, free wifi, big clean room, quiet environment and nice staff.
