Having not pre-booked anywhere we finally found the Amiral ( with rooms available) after about two hours driving around town - which we found one of the most difficult cities to negotiate in the whole of France. The hotels are mainly on the east side of the lake - but leaving the autoroute there's no easy way to cross the... More
