A great cheap alternative to overpriced Swiss hotels but at a cost of the distance - it's about 30min by tram from the centre of Geneva to the former Swiss-French border followed by a good 15 min walk (or 3 min bus ride) on the French side. Switzerland is only 5 km away which is great. Good value for money, although the bed is pretty tuff. Thier prices range from 65 euro to 110 euro a night. Shame about the neighbourhood the hotel is situated in. Perfect if you are just spending a night before your flight from Geneva. More

Very firm mattress, great for us. Very hot water in bathroom, you can make tea with it (which is good, since there is no coffee maker in room). If you know what prices are in Geneva, the breakfast buffet for 8 Euros is a great value. Excellent staff. We received phone calls in room and faxes at desk, no charge.... More
