The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find using the satnav coordinates given on booking.com. Easy check-in. It was cheap, clean, and quiet.We could take our dog to our room overnight. It has its own secure underground car park. Adequate but vacuous cafeteria attached. Ideal for just sleeping then leaving promptly the next day.

The location description whilst accurate does not ready you for being on nothing more than an industrial estate. The directions given were confusing and with no post code provided a satnav was not helpful. Check in was OK. The room was clean and functional but for two people staying several days 5 shelves and 4 coat hangers on the wall...
