We were invited down at the last minute to have a meal with friends and as it was a bank holiday weekend we struggled to get any rooms nearer to the coast. This is not the sort of place we usually stay but it did have charm and was very quiet. When the sat nav took us up the long... More

My wife and I stayed three nights at Felbrigg Lodge at the end of April 2012 and i'm afraid to say it was very poor. We always used to stop at Incleborough House nearby which has now become self catering as opposed to B & B. So we searched and found Felbrigg Lodge which intially looked from the website and... More

We are very sorry that we did not meet this guests expectatations and even worse failed to meet our own in relation to what we expect any guest staying with us at felbrigg lodge to recieve. Obviously Staff Training is required from initial custmer contact on arrival , to housekeeping and reporting off maintenance issues . Deedee and I do... More

Great accommodation in lodges but calling it boutique/luxury is stretching it, and it is a little overpriced. Swimming/sauna facilities are excellent. The evening meal was very good. More

Just got back from a lovely stay at Felbrigg Lodge. We had the Oak Room and it was lovely. The food and ambience in the restaurant was faultless.. You could not fault it. When all the curtains are drawn and the lamps are on in the evening in the Oak Room it is so romantic. Perfect place for an anniversary... More

Just back from a short break to Cromer and stayed at Fellbridge Lodge as all the 'In Town' accomadation was booked or wanted silly money. As a family of four, the idea of a small lodge appealed to us, rather than two rooms in a B & B and we was not dissapointed, Dee Dee showed us to the Hedgehog... More

This place is in a wonderful setting, stayed there many years ago and the place was immaculate, this time 7 years on same wallpaper which was peeling off walls, carpet needed replacing,or cleaning, ball of hair in corner of room, stains on bath towels and dust everywhere. This place could do with a makeover, meals good but too regimental if... More

Friendly welcome from Dee & Phillip. We stayed in the Briar Suite, comfortable but decor very tired and in need of a refurb. Cream carpet badly in need of a clean. Lovely & warm, plenty of hot water. Breakfast good although only available from 8.15 to 9.30 (not much chance to lay in). We had two enjoyable evening meals, food... More

As it was our anniversary we booked the Oak Pavillion and, the champagne special package, and we are so glad we did. It was just perfect from start to finish! The Oak Pavillion is huge! It's very comfortably furnished and just a delight to be in, as it's so light, so big and so relaxing. The log burner was an... More

Warm welcome from hosts, very good value evening meal (huge portions!), comfortable lodge suite with divine bed, good leisure with outside hot tub, hearty breakfast. Despite 100 lenghths in the pool I have put on a few pounds due to the copious home cooked fare. More

We booked this break through "wowcher" and were very satified by what we found. The location is beautiful and the walk via the picturesque lake to the local church and Felbrigg Hall (National Trust property) is well worth the effort. Philip and Dee were wonderful hosts and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was huge and bed was... More
