How do you make your guests feel welcome? If you don’t know, visit Peter en Richard. They will teach you. We had a lovely and relaxing stay. Stunning views, lovely breakfast. The house is shining and clean. Chulilla is a nice little village, only one hour drive from Valencia. Great for walking, only downside: the maps from the tourist information... More

I was one of a group of five who stayed with Peter and Richard for 5 days over new years 2011. Hand on heart I can say that they provided the best hosting I've ever experienced. As well as good company they were both very helpful in aspects of climbing, food and knowledge of the local area. The hosts were... More

We came to Chullila from Scotland for a climbing holiday. Casa Serena looked very promising accomodation and did not dissappoint. The house is charming and full of character. Richard and Peter are great hosts, kind considerate and very eager to please. Every morning they served up a lovely and varied breakfast, which set us up for the wholeday. They are... More

Our first stay with Peter and Richard and we had a wonderfully relaxing time. We felt at home immediately and have no hesitation in recommending La Serena. Best part of my stay was chilling out on the sun terrace and soaking up the view. More

We had a lovely stay at Casa Serena. The house was exceptionally clean and tidy. There is everything you could want and a great sun terrace. Richard and Peter were extremely welcoming, helpful and make a lovely breakfast. We were there to climb and the weather was perfect at this time of year, I would recomend Casa Serena also as... More

We spent 11 blissful days climbing in Chulilla this winter, staying with Peter and Richard at Casa Serena. Their home is the perfect base for any holiday, but for us to come home from a day's climbing, dusty and tired, to a warm welcome and peaceful atmosphere was priceless. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent kitchen facilities,... More

We spent two nights at this beautiful bed and breakfast, which is in fact far more than this term conveys. Our hosts could not have been kinder and friendlier, providing a late meal for us when we arrived at 11 at night, and delicious breakfasts at whatever time we wanted. They even accomodated our quirky request for no wheat. Indeed... More

Spent a lovely couple of days here. Made to feel at home, very relaxing and friendly. Arrived late at night and our hosts came to find us in the main square of the town and made sure we found our way ok. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, good food and a stunning view. Even thought it was November... More

A wonderful, warm welcome from our two charming hosts. The house is full of character, spotlessly clean and you feel that you are staying with friends rather than renting a room. The view from the terrace is amazing, with beer and food appearing as if by magic! You could not find a better base to discover the delights of Chulilla... More
