Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Small boutique hotel with great service, room decently new and VERY quiet, a bit small but hey... that's Tokyo standard. Breakfast is better than expected. Definitely a value option only 5 mins walk from Gotanda station. Recommended if you're after something simple clean and value for money.

Just spent seven nights in this hotel. Room was clean and employees were friendly. The room was very small. It may be fine for an individual who needs the room for nothing more than sleeping. Two people could not stay in this room, at the same time. When staying in a hotel for more than one night, I like to unpack. In this room there was no place to unpack. The option was to open my suitcase on the bed while accessing my belongings then close it up while sleeping. The livable area of the room was 90” X 93” and the bed took up almost all of that. This room was a little smaller than the room in my last camping trailer (RV). There was a desktop surface but with the size of the room it was difficult to sit and do any work. The bathroom was very small, like the room, about the size of the bathroom in a camping trailer. The breakfast was very basic, perhaps typical for the area, although the pastries were awesome. The area was great for shopping and eating. There is a Lawson’s convenience store across the street and a local grocery store (“My Basket”) right next store. The Gotanda train station was an easy five minute walk. Ohsaki New City shopping and Oosaki train station is about 10-15 minute walk. If in this area again for more than a one night stay, it is very unlikely I would stay here again, it simply doesn’t meet my needs.

Pretty modern and everything clean. Breakfast basic. Small room, but OK for a single person. Quick check in, and was able to leave bag for the next day while exploring. About 5 minutes to Gotanda station.

Just check in this hotel. Very disappointing about this hotel WiFi connection. You don’t need any password to get in the WiFi, but when you are in your room, the WiFi connection just inconsistent. Very frustrating. My room number is 705, make sure don’t get this room. Good luck!

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights during Christmas period. The hotel feels rather new, in a quiet position a couple of minutes away from Gotanda station. Next to the hotel there are a couple of convenience stores and some good izakaya. Staff was always kind and helpful. They had some difficulties with English, but coming to Japan without a basic knowledge of Japanese is a problem mostly everywhere. Since business hotels' rooms are quite small I booked a semi-double just for myself, which provided enough space for a couple of suitcases (opening the biggest one was still a problem sometimes). Room had all the amenities expected in Japanese business hotels; I also used their dry cleaning service which was effective and flawless. They provide a free breakfast with salty/sweet option. If you need many eating options, it could be poor, but for me it was totally fine, with some food option changing every day. Overall it was a good staying and I will recommend it if you need a good valued hotel option around Gotanda.

This is a new hotel. Building and the rooms are clean, but small as other hotels in Tokyo. Most of the users are business workers. The clerks at the front desk are kind and reliable. Its location is also convenient and close to the stations.

The location is great! 3 minutes away from JR station (Gotanda Station) and 30 minutes away from Haneda Airport. You can buy groceries or books very easily because this hotel is very close to a supermarket and bookstores. I stayed for 2 days and reserved a "ladies only package" with 2 lovely gifts which were very nice to female guests. If you got a budget and look for a convenient hotel in Tokyo, this is a good choice.
