This is a very nice little modern hotel in an exceptionally convenient location. Rooms are small by European standards (amd even Asian standard!) but it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, modern and managed to fit even a small little bathtub in the mini bathroom! I am really impressed by the efficient use of...

For the price paid, this hotel really had a lot going for it. Not only was it modern and clean, it was smack bang right next to one of the most interesting attractions in Tokyo, Senso-ji Temple and the attached Nakamise shopping street.
The rooms were typically small but space has been economised so everything you would need is at...

Blue Wave Inn Asakusa is really well located to underground, and local sightseeing, but perhaps feel a bit far away from other spots in Tokyo. Room really clean, tidy and okay for space, comfortable beds etc. but that is it. The rooms are of good price and perfect to stay if you are on a budget, and happy with the...

The Blue wave Inn Asakusa is a very nice Western-style hotel in the neighbourhood of Asakusa, literally 2 minutes away from Sensoji temple.
The location of the hotel is quite good, especially when you consider Tokyo's size. It's a 15 minute walk from both Asakusa subway and rail stations. The nearest major Yamanote (circle) line station being Ueno (2 metro...

Quiet neighbourhood, close to temple. Free WiFi available in lobby (very limited seating). Staff friendly and helpful; check in at 15:00 (no early access to room but they are happy to store your baggage if you arrive early). Room clean and reasonably spacious, decent partial view of temple from room. Breakfast buffet unremarkable in terms of choice or quality. 7-11...

Blue wave inn wasnt a great five star in asakusa, but it was a great base for our Tokyo trip. It is conveniently located just behind the famouse asakusa temple. I managed to get a night picture of famouse 雷門 when it is without any single person around. There are 2 convenient stores next to the hotel, and many noodle...

Hotel room clean and staffs overall quite attentive. Free wifi at lobby. Buffet nice but just abit expensive, Yen 1050. I think is worth as mostly eateries open after 11am surrounding this hotel.
Located near Asakusa station and just next to Sensoji temple.

This was a great place to stay for a few nights. In a good location in Asakusa, right near the temple. Teh room was tiny, as expected and the bed barely fit 2 people. But the price was right, it was clean, with fresh towels, robes and slippers every day.

being located so near to Sensoji temple and within walking distance to Asakusa station, this inn is ideal for travellers who are planning a stay during New Year's Eve. We participated in the countdown at Sensoji temple at midnight and was so glad our hotel was just nearby so that we can get a rest wuickly. Room is small but...
