We got an upgrade! From one queen size bed room, to a queen + double which was great! The rooms are immensely clean and spacious - ALOT of storage space which is great. Walking from the Shinjuku station is difficult if you have a lot of luggages so please go to the Okubo station which is much nearer. I recently stayed 6 nights at the Hundred Stay serviced apartments in Okubo, Tokyo. I had a studio with small kitchen on the 19th floor which was quite nice. I stayed this hotel from Mar 22 - Mar 25, 2012. The size of room is bigger than normal business hotel in Tokyo. Front dest staffs were very friendly and happy to assist guests. A 15 minute walk from Shinduku makes this an ideal base for exploring Tokyo. If one has a JR pass, then even handier as the Okubo station is less than 5 minutes away. The nearest Metro station is also at Shinduku. Tons of places to eat nearby including a 24 hour Tesco market. However, the Hotel does have some problems.... More
