Very convenient hotel, lots of foreigners here and the staff are mostly Chinese / Japanese and speak ok English. Corridors are gloomy but the rooms are practical and functional. Tokyo is a very expensive place to stay, so it's good value and you are not going to be spending much time in your room are you?
