Very small rooms. However the location makes up for everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though i got a smoking due to unavailability- It didn sell of cigarette :P. No shop in hotel only vending machine for drinks.

Hotel is well located within walking distance of Shinjuku station which the airport train stops at.
