Our group of 25 arrived by bus and they had our group reservation all ready....we only needed to pick up the envelopes with our names on it and off we go, no lining up, no hassles. Rooms nice and spotlessly clean, nice scent throughout the hotel. 36th floor bar is nice. Outdoor pool wasn't open in May even though it... More

We were lucky enough to spend about 7 days at this property. Location is pretty awesome. Everything about our stay was great. Check in was super easy. Rooms and key packets were ready as we arrived from the airport. A nice way to start after you have traveled for about 20 hours. Directly up to the room and away we... More

The hotel reminded me of an old horse or mule that has worked hard and now after years of loyal service needs retirement badly. Putting aside that the hotel is not attractive, rooms so-so, and the food average, one must however acknowledge that the concierge service is excellent. Each staff member gave great advice.

Stayed here for Business ,the room, staff and location were great. The location is good for exploring all the lane and ways around the hotel, which seem to have an abundance of small bars and restaraunts. Keep an eye out for Russell (the assistant guest relation manager) very helpfull guy, you wont miss him as he is about 7ft tall.

Room interiors were fine, bathroom fittings were really untidy and not up to the mark for a luxury hotel. Food is ok nothing too exciting. And it is quite expensive. I stayed here in the month of April for 3 days. It was some holiday time in Japan and they were overbooked. I asked them to extend my stay but... More

What a fabulous hotel. Outstanding Service, friendly multi-lingual staff . Very western friendly. Great restaurants and lounges with lots of variety This hotel immaculate and beautiful. My rate did include breakfast and wifi. I would recommend being a IHG Priority Club Rewards Member.

My friends and I arrived at the buffet at 6pm. The server told us the restaurant was full. They could not take any people. There were plenty of empty tables at the restaurant. When we cam e back to the hotel at 7:30pm. The buffet place was 70% empty. The server was very discriminant. The hotel front dest was not... More

We Stayed 2 nights here room was at best average service was average and pricing ridiculous. 1500 yen a day for wifi at a 5 star hotel, i expect that a hotel of this standard would include this in the room price. All you get at this hotel is a bigger room if your not worried about the room size... More

This hotel is convenient, if you have business in the area. And it is not too far from main attractions (and close to the metro) if you are a tourist--but it is not really "in" a traditional "hotspot" like Ginza, or near the Palace. The hotel itself is clean, with a very Western-friendly staff, all of whom speak good English.... More

Stayed there this April. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. They go out of the way to help you. Excellent location close to a subway station. Beds are very comfortable. Didn't try food but I have read good reviews about their tepinayaki. Overall excellent stay.
