We stayed at APA because it was so economical and still very close to the city center (Ginza). Rooms were clean, nice and thick curtains, wifi worked great.
A short walk to Shinbashi Station which is only 1 stop away from Tokyo Station. Plenty of little restaurants to choose from. Staff were really helpful and happy for us to leave...
