This hotel is clean and comfortable without frills. We had a nice view of the Rainbow Bridge but the location is very quiet. The nearest subway is 10 minutes walk and Ginza is about 30 minutes walk so if you want value for money and don't mind walking Mariners Court is a good option.

Stayed here while on tour in April 2010 for 2 nights with two friends.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked that there weren't any flat surfaces or slopes that we could drag our luggage on from the main entrance to the lifts. And the staircase that we had to climb had a lot of steps.
