It was exactly what we needed; peace and comfort, excellent food, gracious and helpful staff, lots of hot water, perfect bed, and Guillermo is the perfect host; nothing is too much trouble, he is gentle, unflappable and very accommodating . We booked a two-night, three day package from Arequipa through this hotel. Everything was excellent. The guides for the vans were very knowledgable and spoke English well. They were also very accommodating-went out of their was to transport us to hot springs in neighboring town. Horseback riding and guided hikes were also very nice. The setting is lovely, very close to main square in Yanque. Guillermo was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are large and simply but beautifully laid out. Very nice bathrooms (though a bit chilly) and a lovely balcony with seats and table. Nice hammocks to relax in in the garden too. More
