This could be a wonderful place to stay but sadly our caravan was as described by others on this site, broken and chipped table, curtains hanging off their rails, dirty bed linen, filthy wardrobes that I had to clean before putting our clothes in! We just came back from a three night bank holiday stay with our three children (aged between 5-7). We took our own bikes and caravan. The facilities were really good, everything was clean and pleasant. The children loved cycling around and there are lots of fab adventure play parks, soft play and just brill for the little ones. Our lodge was secluded which was nice. Swimming pool facilities good. Certain restaurants only open on certain days which was annoying. Shop was inadequately stocked. We rented a bicycle for my son, staff at cycle shop were very friendly and helpful.
