This is a resort hotel with lovely gardens in a great setting. We stayed in a villa, which was spacious with a large bathroom; it met our expectations overall although the garden area in front of our villa was not as well kept as the rest of the resort. Pros The property is huge (could be plus or minus), rooms are very nice, and the vegetation is very plentiful. Cons - a cold ocean = you only real option is swimming pool, though the beach area is looked after carefully - flies are everywhere when you're trying to eat = I believe, banana plantation nearby causes this unfortunate problem. This resort is breathtaking... the pools are absolutely beautiful, it's incredibly relaxed and the staff are all very nice and helpful.
