November 2012 will be my twelth visit to this hotel since 1999. The staff are so friendly and helpful and food adequate for my very fussy palate.Most of the guests are repeats and from Germany & Switzerland speaking very good englishand friendly.I might add that I am over 70 but still enjoy the pool ,sea,and evening entertainment & disco. We were very impressed all round. Right from arrival through checking in, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We split our stay with a safari in between. Very, very nice hotel, with a very nice staff. Restaurants inside the hotel, and also the room service was offering fantastic food. When you go to Kenia, you MUST go to Safari. We stayed here in November 2011 for 2 weeks. The hotel was perfect, we were on honeymoon and were treated like Kings. We stayed 3 weeks on Travellers on the halfboard side. Nice spacy rooms, even with two children. Exellent pool and garden area. Food also very good, both brakfast and dinner.
