Stayed at the Plaza Inn Hamura for 4 nights while working at Yokota AB for a week. What a great find. Western beds in Japan-sized hotel room with the obligatory "unit bathroom." It's a newish hotel that's nothing fancy, but entirely solid and definitely nicer than the 6000 yen/night paid.
It's great if you like to be away from westerners...
