Great staff on the front desk, but small, expensive rooms. Kichijoji is a great part of Tokyo, but some way out from the more central areas such as Shibuya and Shinjuku - good transport links though. More

For what it is, highly recommended but don't expect anything fancy. It is a Japanese business hotel for business folks as well as exam-taking students.
