I found the hotel a great place to stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the room was good, and the restaurant quite classy. The view, being directly on the banks of the Elbe and below the Bastei, was simply stunning, and Rathen is a beautiful little holiday village from which to explore the lovely landscape. Recommended.
