“Terrible, owners not interested and messed up our booking”

We had booked in to stay here at the end of Jan 2011. I had to telephone then to confirm our booking as their response to emails was VERY poor ie they did not reply. We found this 3 star hotel to have all the amenities and professionalism of a 4 star hotel. This is a great place to spend an Alpine vacation, and the people are very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. More
