I stayed at Hotel zum Spitzbuam last week and was very surprised by the hospitality and the friendliness of everyone there. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is big and one is pampered with a personal breakfast selection on the table. The rooms are clean and the free WLAN (even in the breakfast room) is a very nice add on....
