I stayed at this hotel with two girlfriends for a week at the beginning of May. We were allocated a pool view room as we requested, on seeing the room we realised it was too small for 3 adults. Maria the receptionist was great and helped us choose another room that was more suitable for us,we obviously paid an upgrade... More

Was hands down my favorite property in Greece. My husband and I stayed there for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The property itself is luxurious with beautiful rooms overlooking Ornos Bay, a couple of swimming pools, a small private beach and great onsite dining options. Its in a more secluded spot which is great for couples and families.... More

Very good hotel on the beach of Agia Marina, 5/10 minutes from Chania. You will enjoy the view on the bay of Chania and the beautiful beach (perfect for relaxing, swimming and long walks on the beach). It is well positioned for visiting Chania old town and eastern Crete historic sites and beaches. Hotel Services are good: the room is... More

2nd year running no different to the previous year. Plus points are the staff who work very hard to achieve excellent service and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is maintained to a high standard being cleaned throughout the day. Meals are excellent at all three seatings - choice is varied throughout the 2 weeks that we stayed there.... More

I am very sorry and disappointed to have to write this review. We stayed one long and terrible night in a pool facing room and it truly was a horrible experience. Throughout the night cars and motorcycles roared on the street in front of the hotel and the hotel room doors slammed intermittently every ten minutes. To add insult to... More

Dear madame, Thank you very much for your review. We would like to take some time to reply on some of your comments for our hotel. As you mention you stayed only for one night and that only is not enough to have a complete opinion about the hotel facilities and service provided. We understand that you were not happy... More

Stayed for 2 weeks on all inclusive and loved it! The hotel is lovely and always very clean and the staff are always polite and very friendly. Cannot understand some previous reviews regarding the food as we always found something to eat, it always tasted good and wasn't recycled from the previous day. We had beautiful sea views and whereas... More

I just went there with a friend, we we´re 2 girls who wanted to stay nice - and have a great time. I think that generally the hotel is very good, and i would recommend it to others. We had all incl. and from my point of view, i think it was great. Breakfast very good with lots of different... More

We traveled with an all-inclusive package and we found that the hotel was decent enough for a family with kids when it comes to nightly activity loud music etc. One first note to make however is that when we arrived tired and hungry it took FOREVER to get rooms + luggage ready. Yes, i'm talking about 1-2 hours for different... More

I'm a single parent and took my 3 kids here (ages: 17,12 and 11). Was nervous after reading reviews on this site but the price was attractive so thought we'd give it a go. When we arrived I was expecting a standard room as that's what I'd booked, instead we had a 2 bed, 2 bath villa. They called it... More

We stayed at Santa Marina as part of a Page & Moy tour. The hotel is outside the main town of Chania, Agia Marina is really just a strip of small shops and tavernas. I wouldn't choose it for a holiday location for a beach holiday but as a base for sightseeing it is great. We were in the part... More
