Booked the Hotel in March through Booking.com. I had the Boooking.com confirmation email but no correspondance from Avalon, even though I emailed them twice and had no response. I had a telephone call on the day of my departure 24th April, saying I couldn't stay there and they had booked me into another and emailed me details. When we arrived... More
