On our arrival nobody of the hotel staff could be localized and we had to wait nearly 10 min until somebody showed up. The perhaps 16 year-old youngster was very helpful and corteous. Although we were only two persons we were offered a triple room for the price of a double room, probably in order to compensate for our waiting...
