Being relatively new this hotel is pretty run down by western standards although functional rooms were dirty and well lived in , 80% of the staff were helpful and conscientious but unfortunately some of the others were just plain unhelpful, this wasn’t a language issue as my partner is Chinese, service just wasn’t their thing, I would suggest look around
