We checked in after a fairly long trip with a baby and toddler and were greeted with smiles, efficiency and a very friendly lady on reception who couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was at the end of a fairly long corridor on the ground floor and was clean and tidy, nice tea and coffee making faciilties and the... More

We had a really lovely stay and the staff were absolutely wonderful, we were looked after from start to finish. The food was fabulous, Hathaways and breakfast, we ate till we could burst! We had our 2 year old son with us and so had a combination of spa treatments, relaxation and fun family pool time and yummy food. The... More

Booked this hotel after having a Sunday lunch there (which in itself was excellent). Myself and hubby wanted a short break and as this was not too far from home thought we would give it a try especially as the rate of £99.00 for the Friday night was a bargain. Could not fault it at all. Check in was good.... More

Perhaps we were unlucky but we did not have the same experience as others. Their booking system was down when I called but there was also an irritating 'I'll phone the spa' to which I kept just getting put back through to reception or cut off completely. More annoying as when you get there you see it is next door.... More

My 3 year old daughter and I stayed here for two nights in April 2012. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't use all the facilities as we were attending a conference at the Belfry, but we did use the swimming pool, which was excellent, and enjoyed the breakfasts immensely. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. More

Sunny Sunday in May2012 (yes we did have 1) was the setting for my daughter's wedding at Lea Marston. The staff were fantastic; nothing was too much trouble for them and they were polite and proffesional to the end. The room was very clean - a credit to the housekeeping team, bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast... More

I booked this hotel for my partner and I for a treat for my birthday. Overall, a very nice hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, the decor seemed to be a mix of old and new. We did notice, however, a plug socket hanging off the wall and we could not lock our door from the inside. We raised... More

Dear susan A, many thanks for your recent review and I apologise for any inconvenience caused to you during your stay. For the benefit of our future guests I would like to clarify a couple of points. The socket was slighly loose and not hanging off the wall, all of our doors self lock and are only accessable by the... More

I stayed here for a night in March. The hotel is easy to find and located well just off the motorway. The rooms are a good size and very clean and crisp. The room was well stocked and the bathroom full of required toiletries. We had a very comfy bed with a mattress which was very easy to sleep in.... More

This was our second stay at Lea Marston – the first stay left quite a lot to be desired, but following my review the hotel contacted me and assured me things would be better if we cared to return. So with a wet weekend promised we thought we would give them another try. Our room was upgraded to the Kensington... More
