A warm and caring welcome without being overly attentive. Comfortable and clean room and bed with all that you would expect; as other people have commented; the complimentary home-madecake is a nicer touch and tastier then the usual plastic wrapped biscuits. Breakfast was whatever you asked for. A home from home.

Excellent b&b. Warm and welcoming hosts who make u feel right at home. Very good Rooms that have everything i needed with a superb breakfast spread. I would definently recommend this bnb for your stay in or around the penryn area. Worth every penny....the complimentary cake is to die for. :-)

Lovely welcome for us and a sandy wet dog! Booked a double and single room and both were clean, bright and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast selection was impressive and the cooked option to be recommended!

A fantastic B&B. Homely, comfortable, well located, and good value. The owners make you feel extremely welcome. The rooms are well sized, well equipped, comfortable and the whole B&B is extremely clean and cozy. The best B&B my wife and I have stay in. Whenever we return to this area, we will definitely be staying at Sunnyside again. Highly recommended.
