When we got to the hotel we were shocked to see that one of the rooms we had booked was undone.It looked like somebody just left the bed so we didn't use that room.Staff is very unhelpful,and nobody speaks english. The second day,when we came back from Disney land,noticed that the rooms were a mess and not cleaned at all.They... More
