10-17 JANUARY 2009. This has to rate as the worst accomodation we have stayed in Pamporova .The whole hotel description is wrong! No hot or cold breakfast or dinner buffet,kitchenette NOT equipped with anything. No hairdryer or internet in room. No sauna. Lifts only go to floor 7 our room was on floor 9 which meant 4 flights of stairs...

The hotel is placed amongst calm and quiet pine forests and its entrance is facing south. It has the most beautiful panorama in Pamporovo. Rhodopa house 3* is designed in modern style and high quality materials. The foyer and lobby bar are well-appointed, with nice, leathern, upholstered furniture. The flooring is laminated parquet and granite. The interior is decided in combination of stone, wood and metal, and the walls are painted in warm and soft colours, that creates the feeling for domesticity and freshness. The two chimney-pieces complete the warm, comfortable and hospitable atmosphere. The foyer has big panoramic window with a spacious balcony, and during the day it is lit by the sun. The balcony has a stunning view of the mountain, the ski slopes and Snezhanka peak. You can drink your morning coffee there, to get tan on a sunny day, or during the summer evenings to have a glass of wine and delicious barbeque beyond the starry sky.
