My husband and I arrived at this ryokan after a long (cold) day at Koya san, and it was a perfect was to end our day! The staff is very warm and helpful, speaking enough English to get by. It's less than a five minute walk from the train stop, and very easy to find in this sweet little valley...

This was an enjoyable trip to Nantenen. Will definitely come back! The view is breathtakingly gorgeous. Definitely great meal, onsen, garden...what is there more to ask for...complete peace.
