Quite a good hotel conveniently situated near rail station. Clean rooms but small. bathroom small and bath is really only a shower tray unless you are very very small. This was my second stay at the Takarazuka Washington hotel. The first stay was back in 2006. The hotel is across the road from the Hankyu station.
