Booked through kgb for my husbands 70th birthday present . Absolutely first class. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Good choice for breakfast. The kippers were amazing. Ate in both the bar and restaurant all three nights and couldnt fault the meals especially the little touches of home made made bread and pre sweet taster. We... More

Stayed here for 3 nights on a KGB voucher - fantastic value. Great room - good size, very clean and lovely furniture with loads of storage space - about 20 drawers in total! The bathroom was a good size with one of the best showers in any hotel I've visited - very powerful and hot. Staff were friendly, helpful and... More

Great old house in a really good location for the town of Narberth. Our room was at the hotel overlooking the car park & gardens although on the small side it was adequate for a short break. We didn't eat at the hotel but the menu looked quite good. Breakfast was the usual cereal juice etc but on the first... More

Lovely food, a great variety to suite all taste buds and children. A great location in a very quaint village of Narbeth. Hotel was clean friendly and welcoming. Nice bar area, with modern decor, nice grounds with sitting areas. Didn't stay over night but plan to visit the shops in Narbeth and have a stay over to enjoy the restaurant... More

Stayed here over the Easter weekend and had the best long weekend we've ever had. Ideally located to reach all the nearby attractions and sites. The hotel was excellent, but some parts of it were a bit dated, thou they are doing some upgrading, as they had just finished the dining room. Not sure about the choice of carpet! Would... More

We thought the idea of hotels selling cheap deals through KGB was to impress you and make you tell your friends how wonderful the hoetel is; and you would want to go back again. Well not here; reception were inefficeicent or not there. Although the hotel was not full they put us in the smallest, darkest room in the hotel.... More

We stayed at the Plas Hyfryd for a night when collecting our new puppy. The hotel really is lovely, we had a beautiful room, very spacious and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and I must say, the food was truely excellent, better than some meals I've had in the best restaurants in London, very impressive.
