Good rooms, comfortable large bed, clean en suite. The cooked breakfast is a real strong point. Free parking. Great value, would highly recommend. More

I have been using this guest house for the past six months and cannot fault it. The staff are terrific , very accommodating and can leave you experiencing a warm welcome without being intrusive. The service is to a level one would expect in a five star hotel. The rooms are of high standard and decorated in a neutral fashion that... More

This is a really nice guesthouse which is very competitively priced - especially as in an area where there aren't a huge number of alternatives and it's close to the town centre. All the rooms I've seen have been of decent size and neutral decor and are spotlessly clean and well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and proper hairdryers for... More

This is the second we've stayed overnight at this hotel. The first time was several years ago. Good value, pleasant staff, good breakfast, nice room. Would stay again and recommend. More

I have been working and staying in the area for years and have tried all the local Hotels, B&Bs and Guesthouses, This one beats them all for value, service, food, quality and hospitality. The rooms are always clean and well presented and nothing is too much trouble for the team that work there. Always my first choice, thanks guys, keep... More

I've been staying here on a regular basis for six months and I wish I'd known about it earlier. People who run it are warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. Rooms are decorated to a high standard and are very comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic- always cooked fresh to order and plenty of juice, cereals etc if that's more your thing. I'd... More

Having stayed here more than twice over a few years, quality, cleanliness and huge breakfasts are guaranteed every time. Rooms are clean, homely but with a touch of luxury, large and warm. Advice - Don't have the BIG breakfast if you can't manage it - the normal one is still ample, honestly ! and always freshly cooked. Good parking facilities.... More

A group of us stayed the weekend while fishing in the area. The rooms were very clean and could not be faulted. The breakfast was one of the biggest I've seen in ages and good quality to boot. All in all a great weekend visit. So if you are looking for a good weekend base then this is ideal. More
