I stayed at Windsor for about 6 nights with 2 mates on a snowboarding trip. The room was on Par with other ski lodges I have stayed in japan, the room was ok bin smallish for 3 and the bathroom was small. We stayed in Western room. “Great hosts, accommodation and food”

We stayed for three nights in a western-style room with ensuite. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and provided really personalised service.
