Only a little defect. They'd said that they will pick up us from the station, but they didn't. So we went there by taxi. When we arrived at the hotel, everything was very good: warm welcome, wide clean and beautiful room, fresh air. Their breakfast and dinner were ok. The onzens were comfortable. Especially, every staffs have good service mind....
