Immaculate rooms, wi-fi throughout the building, and good location (although hard to find at first). Good hotel for anyone stopping through Odawara.
Be warned - their english is not the best, but it's managable

The Kumini is a typical Japanese business hotel. Everything was clean, but room was small. The staff spoke little English. It is conveniently located near the Odawara JR Station (about a five minute walk). The price I paid also included a continental breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights in November.
It's fairly close to Odawara Station but might be a bit hard to find for the first time.
You walk towards the way to Odawara Castle, past the 7-11 and then soon there will be a sign pointing you towards the right (though it's in hiragana only).
The staff was very polite and helpful...
