I've stayed there for four nights. Rooms were very clean, organized. Location is great, just 5 minutes from the Shounandai station. So, if you are doing business in that area, this is a good and a reasonable priced alternative.
The only thing I didn't like much was the lack of flexibility from the front desk people. I'd arrived one hour...
