I have stayed here in 2009, and twice in 2010. Also stayed in the Kashiwa Annex around the corner (sister hotel) in 2008
From Narita airport you can either take a bus (which I havent taken) or the train to Narita then on to Abiko then Kashiwa. travel time approx 1 hour if the train connect just right.
